Event terms
The terms for booking and attending a Kotori event.
Booking & payment
A booking reserves the number of seats you pay for at a specific event. Payment is taken securely at checkout and your seats are held once it succeeds. Prices are per person and shown before you pay.
Your ticket
After booking you receive a ticket by text and email, with a QR code and a booking code. Present it at the door. One booking admits the number of guests shown on it.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel and receive a refund up to the cutoff shown on each event (by default 48 hours before it starts), online from your ticket, or by replying CANCEL to your ticket text. After the cutoff, contact the restaurant. If Kotori cancels an event, every booking is refunded in full.
Text messages
If you opt in, we text you your ticket and occasional event announcements. Reply STOP any time to stop, or START to resume. Message and data rates may apply. We only text numbers that have opted in.
Your information
We collect only what we need to manage your booking and, with your consent, to text you about events. See our privacy notice for what we hold, why, and how to have it deleted. We never sell your information.
Events may change
Menus, timings, and details may change. If a material change or cancellation occurs, we will contact you using the details on your booking.
